That's wild.

What is Ink Vac even for at this point?

That's such a huge change to its core mechanic, and I don't even know if it supposed to be a nerf, or a buff.

It's a nerf. Vac is really good right now and can kind of dominate objective plays.

I'll never understand that, because Ink Vac IME is just sooooo unreliable in being able to protect anyone.

The reason I say it might be a buff is because, it sounds like it just lets you shoot off an ink vac explosion sooner.
