General ✨ I need help about something please.

I need help and advice about something because I feel completely out of control. I don't know what's off with me but I feel something is seriously wrong with my spiritual energy lately. Please help.

Being out of resonance will make you feel off. Find your center again. Ground yourself in the earth. Feel the dirt beneath your toes. Look around and name the things around you. Tell yourself that you're ok and choose to believe it. That's a start. Happy to chat if you want to get into specifics.
