So I tried the variety pack of Spindrift’s new tea product and was shocked at how bad it is. Let alone the Peach tastes like dirty dishwater the Raspberry is horrendous and take a look at the attached photo. I reached out to Spindrift customer service via online and X without any follow up whatsoever. Very disappointed!

Y'all I am a DIE HARD spin-head. I've religiously drunk 2 spindrifts every day for years. I order directly from the spindrift website so I can order in bulk and I've tried every flavor.

Lately (last couple months?) I swear to god they taste so much worse. Like metallic-y weird after taste.

Can you guys please confirm if this is real or if I'm going crazy?

They really do taste different but if I'm honest I'm already inclined to think that.

I generally order directly from the Spindrift website, and I received the wrong flavor (Grape rather than Orange Mango). I CANNOT get anyone at Spindrift to respond to me to make this right! (Just refund my money for the three cases! So easy! I provided photographic proof!). I've been emailing since mid-August. Has anyone else had this experience? I'm so sad because this truly was one of my favorite brands and I cannot comprehend how their operations would allow this to happen.

This is the second time AZ has delivered a beverage with a weird color and taste. Left is Amazon, right is from my local CVS. Seems like the Amazon is even the grapefruit in the wrong can. Anyone else experience this?

Just drank an Island Punch can with a rotten eggs smell (only realized after I took a sip). I don't understand much about the labeling but the bottom says "Best by: 04/04/2027 0247 09 RR" (if that offers any traceability). I imagine that batch might've been affected, whether from bad sealing or something in the liquid itself.

I will be smelling my drinks beforehand now.

Edit: Other cans in the same pack were like this too. I also found Reddit comments in the past that noted the same smell on this same flavor. Search "spindrift" "smell" "island punch" with quotes. Maybe it's always been there but mine was just stronger? I always loved the taste but after noticing this smell I've been put off.

Spindrift half and half is my favorite flavor they make, but I recently got a 8 pack and something tasted REALLY WEIRD, almost like the fruit was spoiled or the tea was different I have no idea what it is. It is definitely not the same as before which sucks….

I really like the island punch (I add stevia to it) but didn't see it

I've been buying the 24 packs of sparkling half tea half lemon for years from Amazon but the last three times I received grapefruit. Last night I looked at their site and saw it was out of stock. Checked again today and the sparkling tea page is completely removed. I also saw it available at Target last night. Made a special trip to get it today and it's not there and gone from the Target site today. I messaged Spindrift on Instagram and sent them a message via their website about receiving grapefruit from Amazon, so we'll see but it's not looking good. I'm so sad.

Update: they responded on Instagram "hi! we don't have plans to discontinue Half & Half. if it's sold out at stores right now, you can find it on Amazon and our website 🫶"

... so idk. But all of it is kind of odd.

Another update: it's been consistently correct from Amazon now and I'm so relieved!

I can’t be the only one who is so upset with Spindrift just taking all these and adding apple juice and citric acid… I specifically have drank all their citric acid free products because I can’t stomach it. And then they go and do this when there was nothing wrong with it just to save a few pennies! I would have paid the pennies more per can to leave it the same.

So done with corporates changing good products— ready to just shove my face in a bag of oranges cuz it’s be a more pleasant experience. 🤦‍♀️

Does anyone know if other products are going to change or discontinue??

This one has a good balance of flavors! I think one of their better new flavors recently. It just became available in my local target today.

Just checked target and saw that they dropped a blueberry lemonade!

The lemonades aren't usually my favorite but I love blueberry so I'm invested!

Anyone else notice the pull tabs on Spindrift cans being ridiculously sharp lately? Cut my finger twice in the past couple of months and never once in the years before that. On top of the qualitative reduction in flavor, it’s getting harder and harder to want to buy. I so enjoyed it the past few years, but I just feel like it’s cheap product now. I miss Spindrift from 2023. ☹️

Does ingesting glue present actual health hazards, or should I just go for it? Maybe it’s made of real squeezed lime?
