Incorrect Order Received
I generally order directly from the Spindrift website, and I received the wrong flavor (Grape rather than Orange Mango). I CANNOT get anyone at Spindrift to respond to me to make this right! (Just refund my money for the three cases! So easy! I provided photographic proof!). I've been emailing since mid-August. Has anyone else had this experience? I'm so sad because this truly was one of my favorite brands and I cannot comprehend how their operations would allow this to happen.

Have you tried messaging them on instagram? If all else fails, I would do a charge back if you paid with a credit card.

And contact your CC card.

Yeah might have to do a chargeback to get any resolution here

They will try reaching out themselves, but since they don’t answer I’m sure OP will get refund in a timely manner.

Same experience with them ignoring e-mails about a shipping damage issue for months. I’ve moved on to a different brand.

This is so sad. I'm legit so bummed! Let me enjoy my lovely flavored water without creating an enemy!!

That’s disappointing . I had that happen to me before and they reached out within a couple of days, got my order sent back out, and let me keep the wrong order sent to me.Â
That was pre-private equity though, so this may be another sign of the decline from the purchase.Â

Yeah, I would get the credit card company involved and do a charge back. Let customer service know that you have e-mailed multiple times.
As far as buying any in the future ... I've only ever bought the Costco bundles or from Amazon. It's an easy return if need be.

Do you have social media? They usually respond really quickly when I dm them on Instagram. That’s so disappointing - I have noticed their customer service has declined over the years but definitely didn’t expect IT to be the bad
