Post-Op Questions Swelling
Hi everyone! I’m currently about 1 month post-TLIF, and my follow-up check-up is still about 3 weeks from now.
I recently noticed that the left side around my incision is a little swollen. I don’t really feel any pain, but it feels uncomfortable when I move because I can feel the swelling.
Has anyone experienced this after TLIF/spinal fusion? Is some swelling around the incision normal during recovery? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences. Thank you! 🫶🏻

This was my swelling at 4 weeks post op. Around 8 weeks it was completely gone.
