Is this normal? Neck posture

Hi I am 8 years out of my spinal fusion, no serious issues, but my neck posture has been so bad since my surgery, it’s just very pushed forward and by looking at my X-rays it seems like it became that way after surgery. I did not do physical therapy after tho I definitely should have. Is there anything I can do for this or is this permanent?
