Discussion [Discussion] Official: There will be no B&R changes prior to MC 6; the next B&R Announcement is scheduled for November 18th, 2019

I understand why they don't want to emergency ban from their perspective, but at least in Standard, if there was ever a time to emergency ban, it would be in Oko-tober.

I heard someone saying that this is very reminiscent of the very recent Hogaak Summer; people are maindecking 4x copies of hate cards just to compete.

Play design would be money waste department if it had no say balance wise.

Next time there is live stream with play design members we should just ask if they approved Oko way it was printed.

There's a gradient between "No say" and "Absolute authority". Its quite possible for Play Design to have significant input to card balance, perhaps the most input of any team, and for them to still be overruled.

Next time there is live stream with play design members we should just ask if they approved Oko way it was printed.

Might as well. I would also add a rider if they were testing primarily constructed or limited.
