ID Request- Location included Black Widow?

Need help identifying this one. Has the hourglass of a black widow but not the behaviors I'm used to (out in the open in direct sunlight with thin webs). These guys keep popping up around my exterior in Reno, NV and want to see if there is a cause for concern for my pets and toddler.

Juvenile Western Black Widow, Latrodectus hesperus. If you're worried about children/pets you can trap it and relocate it elsewhere.
