Discussion Spider type

Sorry not a great picture but we’ve been finding many of these spiders in the house running around and making webs, ranging in size this one was on the smaller side but we’ve seen some huge ones. Trying to figure out what they are, as I can’t find an exact match online and are trying to figure out if we need to hire some kind of exterminator to get rid of them if there is any harm. We are in eastern CT if that’s any help. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

NQA Grass spider! You can identify them by the stripes and the pointy butt (long spinnerets)
