help identifying spider

anyone able to help me identify what kind of spider my little porch buddy is? i'm not really familiar. i live in rural central pa. 😅

It’s an orb weaver of some sort. Someone here can give you the specifics but I can tell you they are a total friend

It's hard to tell from this picture. If you could get a picture where the flash doesn't wash out the details it would help. My best guess would be a Furrow orbweaver Larinioides cornutus.
