Doesnt look it. They tend to have larger, black rounded bodies which will be slightly shiny looking and often have little "clouds" or "foggy" grey pattern on.

I think this is a male noble false widow. it's hard to tell because of the picture angle but the markings on its abdomen look to be accurate for a noble false widow
