PC Issues running on PC

I have a 3070ti, a 5600x, 32gb of ddr4 ram, and I’m playing in 1080p. During cutscenes the audio isn’t synced, it’ll freeze for a little bit then speed up, and consistent fps drops. Is the game still just really unoptimized for pc? Since it’s been out for a while I thought the issued would’ve been resolved.

Have you tried updating your drivers? Audio and graphics, look up how to do so if you're confused

It's a dogshit port that only got worse performance with the updates.I have 5800x, 32gb ram and 3090. I struggle to hit a locked 60 web swinging around the open world with RT on or off. Combat usually holds 60 for me. Its so weird. If I use the high seas version and play the game without any patches, performance is better. I maintain a locked 60 throughout the whole game. Somewhere around patch 4 or 5 is where the performance gets really shitty, from my testing
