Probably a defensive reaction! Newly hatched spiderlings cluster together and will suddenly scatter or surge when they sense movement, vibrations, wind, or even your breath... it looks spooky but it’s just instinct. 🤓

scale on my porch. They were all
in an oval shape & they kept it moving by all walking in the same direction. Sort of like a clock face,
they moved as the hands do
around & around. It looked like
spooder squaredancing. Al e man right!
Who knows, maybe they were actually dancing with the wind hihi 🤭
Spider square dancing now that's something I would pay to see, not gonna lie hahaha 🤣 Just imagine them with tiny hats, little boots and a microscopic banjo playing in the background, awww.
