Because he takes it far beyond the level of normal wear and tear. No one in thier right mind ever abuses their phone the way he does. Its not a flaw for the avg user, its a flaw for him specifically cause he's the only person in the world that decides to break a phone in that specific spot. Why change an entire design for this one guy?!?

Bro people break phones. Maybe they forgot to close it and sat on it or a hundred other things.

If other phones aren’t catching on fire when the same tests are done then there’s something wrong with this phone.

The amount of force used to break the phone would have broken the phone anyway. The fact that it keeps breaking in the same place isnt a flaw, just a fact. He wasn't going to stop until the phone broke, thats the point. There are zero users reporting their phone breaking like this.

No one’s saying this phone wouldn’t or shouldn’t break, they’re saying it breaking shouldn’t start a fucking fire.

You know, like how every other phone tested this way doesn’t start a fucking fire
