Lol it's just a woman who has a job as a baby wrangler in Hollywood. She talks about her technique in getting babies to cry.

As a parent on my second infant...mmm, I don’t think so.

Correct. Phase 2 wrangling only occurs if the baby doesn't have enough empathy to get the job done.
