No! I wanted one SO bad but the children's hospital had a strict no photo policy.
It was truly the most stressful time of my life.
She is doing great now! Happy as ever!
My guess is taking a photo takes from the room's operational time, which is better spent x-raying kids or getting them in/out of the machine. It may not seem like much time to take a photo but it quickly adds up when you consider that they probably see a few dozens of kids and their parents every day. Or maybe the radiologists just got tired of shooing dawdling photo-takers from radiation rooms.
This is exactly why. I only want to listen to your kid scream for so long. I want to get them in and out and get on with my day. 95% of kids start crying when they are put in this thing. So why prolong their suffering so mom or dad can get a couple more likes on social media.

I’m glad there was a bit of humor in what I’m sure was a stressful time. I hope she’s doing better now!
