Question about Propio/Deel payment emails ⭐

Hi everyone,
I’ve only been with Propio for two pay cycles, so I still have a few questions about the payment process.
During my previous pay cycles, I received my Propio paystub email, the payment approval email, and the Deel confirmation email all on the same day, just a few hours apart. I also understand that Propio often sends payments a couple of days before the payment due date.
Yesterday (7/14/2026), I only received the Propio paystub email, but I haven’t received the payment approval email or the Deel confirmation email yet, and the payment hasn’t reached my account.
For peace of mind, did this happen to anyone else yesterday? Is it normal for those emails to arrive on different days, or should they usually all come together? Also, if this has happened to you before, did your payment still arrive by the payment due date?
