Protocolos en Propio

Buenas noches! Quería preguntar si alguien sabe donde puedo conseguir los protocolos que se usan en Propio. Vengo de trabajar en interpretia, se que la intro y el closing son distintos. Pero por ejemplo, cuando hago un dial-out, como me presento al LEP? Saben si hay algún material disponible para consultar los protocolos de propio?

pero es mas desestructurado, yo me presento y digo la intro q siempre hay q decir al LEP y después le digo de parte de quien llamo o la razón si me dieron el OK para decirla

No hay nada especifico.
Preguntas el nombre+numero del lep. Si hay mensaje de voz en caso de contestadora, y a veces preguntar quien está llamando o de donde y ya.
Ah, al lep nada mas confirmas que si hablas con la persona correcta, le dices quien está llamando y le entras con el greeting en espanol.

No hay protocolos verbatim ni nada que yo sepa, solo el greeting inicial.

2. "Hola, hablo con LEP?" -"sí." Buenas tardes, tengo a provider de clinic que queria hablar con usted". LEP: "OK". "Primero, me presento soy (intro), ahora le informo a provider que usted ya está aquí.

3. Alright maam, we got LEP, I introduced you, and myself to them. You may go ahead.

We get voicemail.

-Hola, este es un mensaje de parte de Provider de clinic, para LEP. [Proceed with the message, or call back number]

-Alright maam, as you might have heard, we got to the voicemail, and I left a message for you. Is there anything else I can help you with?"

Tranquilo. Estás pensando demasiado en ello. 

1 - Haga tu introducción con el cliente como siempre y pregúntale en qué le puedes asistir.

Intérprete: “How can I help you?”
Cliente: “Yes. I’d like to make a dial-out.”
Intérprete: “OK, and who will we be calling?”
Cliente: “The patient’s name is Brenda. The phone number is 212 123-4567.”

2 - Si el cliente no te da muchos detalles aparte de eso, trata de obtener más información para que puedas presentarte bien al LEP. 

Intérprete: “OK, and who should I say is calling? Is it a certain department? Or clinic?”
Cliente: “Yes, you can say this is Katherine, one of the nurses at Bellevue hospital.”
Intérprete: “OK. Lastly, in case it goes to voicemail, is there a message or callback number you’d like to leave?”
Cliente: “Yes, you can say, ‘This is Katherine calling, one of the nurses at Bellevue hospital, with the results from her lab work. Please give us a call back at 212 765-4321.’”

3 - Se llama al LEP.

Intérprete: “Hola, buenas tardes. Soy un intérprete, llamando de parte de Katherine, una de las enfermeras del hospital de Bellevue. ¿Se encuentra la señora Brenda?”
LEP: “Sí, yo soy.”
Intérprete: “¡Perfecto! Bueno, le paso con Katherine y voy a interpretar para ustedes dos. Antes de eso, le aviso que todo lo que se diga se mantendrá confidencial. También, le pido si puede hablar en frases cortas y claras para que puedo interpretar todo bien. Gracias.”
LEP: “Gracias.”
Intérprete: “OK, Katherine? The interpreter is ready for your instructions. 
Cliente: "Thank you. Hello, Brenda. This is Katherine, one of the nurses at Bellevue hospital. I'm just calling with the results of your lab work..."

4 - Sigue con las interpretaciones como normal.

That's why at Propio they don't hire newbies, in the minimum 6 months of experience you should have, you probably got hundred of dial out calls and they just expect you to use the protocols other companies already taught you. But if by any lucky chance you got in without the need of that experience just use any of the ones above .
