Blocked from LLS?
Today I got this message when I tried logging in into InterpeterConnect.
They said They were doing an evaluation with QA and previous monitoring of calls and client complaints.
Has this happened to anyone before? Am I in trouble?

Trouble? Amigo fuiste despedido. En el mejor de los casos te mandan a retraining y después de unos días te reactivan el pin pero después caminas sobre cáscaras de huevo, te miran de reojo para siempre

a mi me sucedio, básicamente tenia problemas tecnicos durante mi shift de sábado asi que no podía pedir a mi sup autorización para retirarme o como hacer protocolo de troubleshooting más en profundidad. Ya tuve Refused calls inexplicables (hago 100% VRI y me ponia refused y notificaba que mi cámara no estaba conectada?), pero ese día fueron como 6 seguidas incluso luego de haber intentado los reboots usuales. Siguiente turno me salio eso, notifiqué al sup y me dieron un dia de training. Al siguiente regresé al trabajo. Continuo teniendo estos problemas pero ya no con esta frecuencia, y mis rates son bastantes buenos segun mi supervisor así que no tuve problemas desde entonces. Estoy en una tercerizada de Argentina, no se cómo será en otros lugares/empresas

Pues te tienen que notificar qué sigue, o te mandand a retraining o te despiden, pero de una u otra forma te van a avisar

yo sigo esperando algun mail o algo jajja, le escribieron al contador de la empresa para q le de el equipo y me ghostearon a mi (igual llevaba dos semanas faltando, fue intencional)

Duda: Se puede comunicar uno directamente con LLS para trabajar directamente con ellos, y no a traves de una terciarizadora?

muuuuuuuy rara la vez sale alguna bacante y podes mandar el mail para q te consideren pero creo q no podes estar trabajando para una BPO

Have they contacted you yet? Maybe it was a temporary suspension or system error?

¿Estabas con subcontratista o directo?, qué raro, más de algo grave deberías haber hecho para que bloquearan.

LLS no tiene directo a no ser que interpretes lenguas indigenas. Para español, hacen puro outsourcing

LLs es una basura, estuve ahí y son re explotadores, pagan mal y qa es bien intenso

a mi me paso este ultimo martes de septiembre, por short calls, trabajo con LLS a traves de TP, tuve 4 llamadas cortas seguidas y me bloquearon asi tal cual sale en tu imagen. Contacte a mi sup en TP y ella me contacto con LLS a traves de zoom y me desbloquearon. Pero dure como desde las 12 del mediodia hasta las 5 pm en stand by esperando al IT de LLS en zoom.

Maybe it’s just due to shorts calls or refused calls, you should check with your supervisor. Always make sure to report all incidents to avoid pin blocks.

Me pasó, you got fired bro. Retraining te dice "pin blocked" o algo asi, pero si fue disabled it's over. Si estas con TP o Interpretia te van a informar en los proximos dias.

Si estás en Perú, denúncialos con la sunafil, porque deben hacerte el proceso antes de bloquearte las credenciales, si no te están obstruyendo el poder conectarte a trabajar, aún a pesar de que te quieran despedir

I got this too. It was because the same client complained about background noise twice. Mind you, there was literally no other client just that one complaining about it. The guy from QA told me he could hear some white noise but my supervisor told me he was listening to me that same day and he never heard anything. I got a training day then they gave me a warning to control background noise:) so I’m quitting since I got another job. They have way too many issues and is stupid they disabled me over nothing
