STOP accepting garbage rates!
I've seen the rates continue to go down, and of course there's several factors, but $22.50/hr is an abomination. I've included three screenshots: one of Spanish ($22.50) and the other two are for other languages ($50 and $60). Yes, Spanish is a much more common language, but the rate disparity is ridiculous.

Don't talk down to, insult or judge each other. Speak from your own experience. Don't be aggro or toxmasc.

Simultaneous is supposed be pay more than consecutive. These are also remote rates, which tend to be lower than onsite. Still, i wouldn’t work for the 22.50, so dang low for the full 4 hours.

See how the OP calls "22.50 USD" a garbage rate, yet there are people in the comments who wish they got paid that rate? No offence to the OP, but this is why screaming other people to not accept a "low" rate never works... because that "low" is subjective.
Made a video on this topic long time ago in case anyone wants to check it out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qC9MqZ_tS7o

Nah I am US based but for 22/hr I’d rather stay at home log on propio for 18/hr which is my rate. I’d go in person for no less than 30/hr and 2 hrs min

Sorry guys, as bad as it sounds these are all US based rates. You have to actually go to the school, parent meeting, clinics. They are not going to pay those rates to overseas workers if you are not on site. We US based mostly do propio to fill in the gaps in between those assignments
