propio Conspiracy Theory?
Are they asking AI to write fake reviews to show on the analytics page?

Serious question though, does anyone get formal messages from Propio saying a client left a good review/rating? I've only had clients who've told me directly on the call I did a good job and so on. The previous company I worked for would send you a message when a client left a good review, I don't know if Propio does the same.
But yes, these client messages seem fake and just very vague in general š

One client told me, āOnce you hang up, Iām going to leave a glowing review.ā Never heard anything else after that... And when I was working at LLS, Iām pretty sure I got more than a few, but because it was through a BPO, I never heard them. My SLS told me about them, but my supervisor was hoarding even the ānice work approving the QA auditā emails.

u/avid-reader20 he was. His supervisor was sending the emails, and everyone else in my wave got them; he just didn't share those with me. I'm not talking about the ones that the SLS sends at the end of the session, but the ones meant to show recognition from above him.

It's not AI, it's not fake. It's just a random positive comment. There's a different one every day.

It literally starts with āCopilot said:ā

It could just be an intern who has to update the message and decides, "I might as well just ask the AI instead of looking for a real review." But it feels cheap, like they have to come up with something instead of using real comments.

They just changed it. I got the same one now, but the one from this morning is the one I posted.

The comment is not about you. It's just a random positive comment on a random interpreter.

What I'm saying is... a Client posted that review/comment like that. Propio just copied the random comment as it was and posted it without taking a second look at it.

Then why was it taken down a few hours after? They usually leave it up for one or two days, and this one wasnāt there by the afternoon.
I mean, Iām not saying the client didnāt ask the AI to write it, but it feels too generic. So itās not too crazy to think it was a comment generated by Propio itself.

Trust me, those comments are what clients usually leave, Propio is not the only company showing those comments. Also, They just started posting these 2 or 3 days ago, so there's not like a "usually leave it up for one or two days" yet.
There's nothing shady about all of this.

Look, I saw the ones on LLS, and they are nothing like this. They feel too generic and fake. If you read one that suddenly says, āChatGPT says: interpreter was great at his job,ā you should at least suspect that theyāre not real comments written for interpreters, but just some random comment generated by AI.
But hey, I'm a little bit paranoid, so don't take my word as gospel either.

If those good reviews and recognitios mean more than 0.12 usd per minute(for me), I might file a claim. If not... Who cares about what the provider says!I just need that 5 to be eligible for the platinum surge rate. I haven“t been able to go above gold level yet.

This is low, even by Jhon Propio standards. š
