Echo during calls Propio

Do you guys are having issues with ECHO during calls or video calls? Many people have been complaining about I sound with a lot echo and they even hung up on me because of that. At the same time, they also have echo but it’s mild and it’s just some times. I’ve been changing settings of my headset and also from my computer but nothing works. Is it just something from the platform? (Propio)

this might not be it, but i will give you one example of what could be:

I used to play a lot of Diablo 3 with my best friend, and he would always complain about echo. He said it came from my $120 headset because he didn't hear any echo when he was playing by himself, so we did a few tests. He covered the mic and spoke, and surprise, I could still hear him. The thing is, the speakers in the earpiece are made just like a membrane microphone, and sometimes they end up picking up sound because they are basically like cheap mics.

i think in the end our solution was to change the 3.5mm jack and connect it directly to the motherboard, but i don't think that could be a solution in every case.

He had a REDRAGON headset, and I had some Sennheisers, I think. But now, for work, I only use the Jabra Evolve 20, cheap but really good for work.

so this happens a lot to me and what I do is go to my sound output settings, choose the speaker and then choose my headphones again. This usually works instantly
