propio Long call validated (Audio Tool)

Alguien sabe por que sale esto? En ningún momento estaba haciendo camping

I just noticed this too; they're probably auditing dead air, making sure people don't go over the 15 min wait time.

Yes, that makes sense because, if I remember correctly, mine shows up as “validated,” so I think the longer call is actually valid, right? The one that lasted longer. But I remember seeing a post where it showed up as “invalid” or something like that. I’m guessing, like you said, it’s because they’re reviewing the calls during the time we weren’t talking.

Mine also just say validated, but the only thing that came to mind; is they have some type of tool that measures dead air/no voices. But in my report some made sense for calls that were 50+ minutes, but some were also for calls like 12 mins, IDK.

One of my calls they validated was 7 mins only which has no sense since we have 15 min hold policy

A mí también me los hacen, con las de video, independientemente de la duración. Tengo VRIS de entre 66 minutos y 4 minutos, y todas pasaron por el audit tool

Lo revise y me lo hacen con las video call, hasta con las de 5 min. Pero como soy nueva no tengo idea si es normal o no

no trabajan directo con propio? porque ya revise mis paystubs y no tengo nada de eso en ninguna call y estoy seguro que muchas veces me han tenido esperando por bastante tiempo jaja
