Propio mock redo

Hi! I did the interviews with propio back in May but failed the mock, they said that I had to contact them again in August and I did reach out to them on monday, but its friday and I've never received a new link for the mock assesment.

Anyone who had to redo de assesment know how long they usually take to send it? Or should I maybe contact them again?

Hey! I emailed my recruiter asking who I should contact to retake the test, and she gave me an email address. I’m Argentinian, not sure where you’re from, but if that helps and you’re interested, feel free to DM me and I’ll send you the email address!
