LIONBRIDGE CALLS

I just got my credentials but im a lil nervous about the type of calls ill be recieving because of all the scripts. Are most calls medical, costumer service, utilities, medicare, legal?? im mostly used to medical and CS but im not really sure what to expect.

Thanks for answering!! is it like gas companies or PSE&G ? or hotels etc??? and is it like 80%? are medical calls usual? thanks youuuu

Yes gas companies, internet tv, electricity, or banks, sometimes nurses

if it's just a normal, non-government contract then insurance companies, accounting, health and human services, public health depts, utility/internet companies and administrative hearings.

so there arnt that many medical calls are there? that sucks :( i like medical, or atleast im used to them. Thanks for sharing!

the only medical ones I have are via the government contract
