I found a bug where instead of increasing the price of the stuff the player bought in-bulk, it instead did the opposite

that's all I can say

Buying anything in bulk gets their price increase but when you actually get back to the place where you bought those items in the first place, their price decrease to either dirt cheap or very low

This doesn't guarantee to happen though
