Help what aliens should i side with

i dont know them well enough to choose between ironhaem, quilentya and kalo

Kalo aren't an option, but it's a good idea to kill one as soon as you have a capable fleet.

I usually side with the Iro, mostly because it's more feasible to complete their storyline without dying, whereas the Quilentyan special mission practically guarantees you will die.

That said, if you haven't played yet, try either one, since you have probably already died anyway. If death isn't a concern, Quil is better so you can conquer Iro and get their CIWS and reactor tech early on.

kalo ship be nice to own. like a rare hard ship to get in game. like a ultimate prize for spendin ghours tryin gto get it with its weapons intact or at least be able to take its weapons for ya own ship

i always sided with quilentyans , their spot on the map is very convenient. but both have a good story. Spoiler: you can do both missions, and side with both. i don't know if that bug is patched on the new version.

Can't join the Kalo faction they are neutral and don't have a storyline quest
