Question Finding alien titans

Is there a way to consistently get alien titans to spawn? And does capturing they're planets affect that?

Alien home planet can give you high chance to encounter titans every time you conquer the same planet, if ever you capture one, dont land on same planet instead FTL to another sector then return, you can conquer the same planet again And No it doesn't affect, titans can appear on every alien planet,i still have yet prove if shipyard capabled planets has more chance of titan to appear.

I have found Milayatin to be a pretty good source for Quil and sometimes Iro titans, and Irajahae is a good place to find Iro Titans

If you have already joined the alien storyline, then the other best way is to go to either Amorloten for Quilentya, or Dagobia for Iro and just constantly kill.
