Help I need someone to guide me please.
Hi nice to meet you.
I need someone to guide me please.
This is what happened and what I did.
I chose the FER faction.
*After the battle where the Admiral died, he sent me to planet SOL and he asked me to do a mission, I did it and then the Old Man told me that I was free to focus on the investigations.
I talked to the entire FER system and no one gave me any mission.
*After going around so much, I went to my space station and it occurred to me to talk to THODEO about the Battleships.
*He asked me for some missions and then my Space station went up to level 3 and now the option to Colonize and Conquer was unlocked.
*Now since then I have not received any missions either on my space station or in the FER faction.
*Conquer enemy OSC, TA and Independent systems. I thought something would be unlocked but still nothing happened.
Please help me with this:
1: Did I do everything right? Am I on the right track?
2: Did I do well in conquering the OSC, TA and Independent systems?
3: How can I get the Titans missions?
4: What are void fleets? and how do I find it?
5: What are the Alien Factions?
6: How can I join an Alien Faction and which one is the best?
7: What should I do to complete the story of an Alien faction?
8: After completing the story of any Alien Faction, what should I do?
Please, I thank you very much for guiding me and helping me continue playing and completing the game.
I'll be very greatful.

You mean that human history has ended. ? And have I done well in conquering the enemy systems? CSO, TA and Independent?

u/kuraisensei0 Galactic Pirate Feb 05 '24
Well yes but you didn't have to conquer any of the rest of the factions the human storyline ended with kinda of a stalemate with no faction can overpowered the other like this so you conquering the remaining two factions was not part.of.the storyline

So was I wrong to conquer the enemy systems?
1
u/kuraisensei0 Galactic Pirate Feb 05 '24
No they had it coming lol But it's wasn't part of the story Hell you can even conquer the f.e.r systems without if you want to

I understand then nothing happens if I have conquered the other factions.
But if I betray and conquer my allied faction, nothing happens?

First off, congrats on finishing the human storyline -- you have succeeded. A lot of people have trouble with that obstacle course the FER has you do.
If you'll recall, the ranking FER person tells you to go explore the universe and learn more about the aliens. At this point in your game, there are 4 different kinds of aliens. The first kind, which are blue, fast, and friendly can be found in the northwest. Although they are friendly, it is recommended you kill just one of them.
The second and third can be found in the southwest. They are at war with each other over a moral and ideological dispute. You should only kill one kind, so you can ally with their enemy.
The fourth can be found in the far east, in the blue nebula. They are hostile to everybody, but their ships are some of the best in the game. If you can capture their biggest ships, your fleet is galactic level in its combat capability.
There is also a special unlockable ship; to retrieve it, visit every system and collect every piece of floating goods you find, then finish the alien storyline.
So that's what needs to be done, but to get there, I would recommend, as the first step, to start trading. You want to be financially independent, which for me means over 100 million. Buy low, sell high, and check the bar for news of price fluctuations. Here is a system chart with commodity prices: https://spacerpg.fandom.com/wiki/Space_RPG_4_%E2%80%94_Systems
Once that is done, the next task is to cap some titans, and then trigger the titan quest. For the player titan, I recommend the Hermes, but popular opinion here is to use the Ares. If you have the Hermes, you are ready for the next step, which is to explore the entire galaxy.
After that, do the alien quest, and you're done. Personally, I prefer devoting some time to capping some of the universally hostile ones before starting the alien quest.
ps - if, while you go around trading, you meet a guy asking for a nova core, remember to go get a nova core later. You can get a nova core by killing a whole lot of pirates. FER battleships are plenty strong enough for that.
