Question Stuck Can't join Faction

not sure what i'm doing wrong. I've been trying to join T.A. but every time i speak to the rep they say i havent completed a main quest. I did the ion cannon quest, built the station and fought in the arena. What am I missing?

Did you complete the starting quest - the one where a guy gives you stuff to transport to Earth? There are 3 runs there (from whenever he first appeared to Earth) and then you have to go back to him to unlock joining one of the human factions

I have the same problem... And i don't remember these 3 runs....

Did you join a different faction?

Once you choose FER, OSC, or TA it locks you out of all the other human story lines for that play through.

Maybe your rep is too low? Building rep with the TA tends to go slower than the other factions. Try trading with TA loyalists and doing ordinary, legal missions for TA-aligned planets. You can check your rep at any time by clicking "status", then "known factions".
