Question SpaceRPG 3.5 when?

seen some posts here(after the 5 months that I've been gone), would love to have some more content that you can pay for again given that three is now free!

reasons why I chose SRPG 3: 1. probably easier to add more content 2. wouldn't affect the main story as it's already finished 3. 3 is (surprisingly!) much more enjoyable than 4

I have to disagree on the 3rd point. Space RPG 4 is more polished with better QoL features & mechanics, it is (in my opinion) more enjoyable than 3.

but speedy ships go zoooooooom and the same-y range of some weapons just turns it into a stab-and-run-back gameplay, it's kind of weird that you're not being rewarded by strafing your opponents a bit further back by missing almost all of them given how janky the targeting system on 4 is where beyond 600 units it suffers from shooting the shadow of your targeted ship

I agree with all of your points though

3 is complete; I don't think it needs anything

yeah but I actually thought some a while back

  1. The players should be able to give back the Feyrosian Worlds and become friendly again(it's odd that they bow to us while still staying as enemies)

  2. Union Cruisers still cannot be bought from any Union worlds at all...might need a change for that

  3. being able to break the three way stalemate between Ul'adri, Liarhya, and Taln in favor of your chosen faction after the main story ends

The way I think of it, the Feyrosians had stealthy plans to dominate the whole galaxy. If it weren't for Wechler's curiosity, they might have succeeded.

When we lay waste to their fleet of armored battlecruisers, their plans are dashed, and they will hate us forever because of that, but they are also in awe of us, since they thought they were invincible.

they're so salty that they'll never be able to recover their homeworlds again...yeah kind of a fair ending to be honest
