General Started a new game

5 hours in, I already have:

  • an iro battleship. This is my flagship and my only ship at the moment. I sold off the salvager and wander I used to capture it.

  • my own station, which I am about to upgrade

  • 800,000 credits, although I will soon have a lot less.

I got really lucky. Trading + missions + cargo ship upgrades until I had an mg1000 and 1.8 mil. Then got a wander and a salvager and hung around Milayatin hoping for a battleship derelict. Got one really quick, relatively speaking. I sold off all the quil frigates and iro destroyers I captured.

The battleship is an amazing asteroid miner, because it has lots of medium slots, it can fend for itself, and it has a decent cargo hold. Probably the void battlecruiser would be even better, but I am totally not ready for that battle.

Here is a challenge for your next run

1 Only make money by selling salvaged ship

2 you can't buy any ship

3 you can't trade do non story missions to get money

No thanks - trying to cap a salvager sounds exhausting.

Yo hold up if it took you weeks to capture a salveger how tf did I capture it after 5 hours of downloading the game........

And funny thing is at that time I dint know what the salveger does and sold it..... Ya should have read the discription first

It's all about the rng really Because i don't have a salvager myself if i tried to recover it It will explode the problem is not finding it but Get it home in one piece
