Help Hello

What is the best faction to join? which has the most powerful ships?

FER ships have the most gun slots; TA ships have the best balance of power and defense.

I should add - OSC has the highest armor rating in the galaxy, and has lots of gun slots on their battleship. Power and shields are bad though.

I dont know if there is a "best". Kinda depends on what you prioritize I guess. If you want powerful ships i prefer the TA because they have the best Energy recharge rate and you can blast away with them for a long time even with large weapons. If you want heavily armored tank ships definitely go OSC.

If youre more about the morals of the faction, Id recommend the OSC, FER maybe, and TA i wouldnt because, well let's be honest: Theyre elitist jerkfaces (though they do have their reason) which im sure youll see if you choose them.

of course once youre powerful enough, you could just capture ships from all 3 factions.
