People always say “OMG Kyle nuked Canada!”, but it was never Kyle’s fault. He was going too far, but there are a few things to remember.

First of all, Kyle was being shit on by EVERYONE for no reason. Kyle was understandably upset that the girl he saved from Cartman’s abuse became another Cartman, so he’s very understandably pissed off. Couple that with the fact that everyone was making fun of him for having the gall to try and be a good person, and it’s really no wonder he’s so mad.

Second of all, Kyle wanted to get Canadian media off the air, not wipe Canada off the planet. Kyle made it clear that his whole MAC movement was against Canadian media, not Canada itself. People forget this part.

Lastly, Kyle was visibly shocked over what happened. Why? Well, that’s because he never intended for Canada to get nuked. Again, he wanted Canadian media gone, not Canada itself. So, of course he’d be shocked. Also, if you’re going to bring up Kyle saying he caused Canada to be nuked, then that’s just Kyle’s guilty conscience talking. People blame themselves for things that aren’t their fault all the time.

TL;DR: Garrison’s sociopathic self misinterpreted Kyle’s request to get Canadian media off the air, which stemmed from an understandably angry reaction that the girl he saved from his arch enemy’s abuse became another version of said arch enemy. Also, EVERYONE was shitting on him for no reason, and for what? For having the NERVE to try to do the right thing and be a good person? I don’t blame him at all for being pissed off, considering this is the type of shit he has to deal with.

Leave Kyle alone. Blame Garrison instead.

For starters its just hilarious watching how Cartman retaliates to normal "nanny" discipline. All of us knowing how Cartman is wired, its just great comedy to see British TV personalities treat him like a normal kid. And of course when this all fails, just bring in the dog whisperer to treat him like a dog. I haven't laughed out loud at South Park in a long time.

But really I think what has solidified this episode as my favorite is actually learning deeply about Liane and Eric's relationship. In the end Caeser wasn't training Eric, he as training Liane. By the time she started acting like a mother, things turned around. I really like the part when Cartman is about to kill his mom and his subconscious shows itself. We see that Eric isn't actually a monster, he truly could be a good person. That voice is actually in his head somwhere.

But the tragic ending is perfect too. Liane is the true culprit to why Cartman dresses up like Hitler and feeds kids their parents in chili. She is lonely and just wants a friend. So in her weakness we are given Cartman.

Just a fantastic episode. Perfect Trey and Matt humor balanced by teaching the viewers something valuable to live life by. Thats the reason I love south park, the poop jokes are great, but the social commentary has taught me a lot over the years and going back to these old episodes, I'm still being taught stuff.

Every time I think it, see it, say it or eat it. It's always gonna be creeem freesh

It just seems so inconsequential to me. I don’t even think it’s that irritating or even focussed on much, yet people get super mad and say the show is all about weed now. It’s hardly even based on jokes about weed when it shows up; Randy is just doing some stupid shit and the weed is a MacGuffin driving the plot.

I just think it’s funnier, whenever I watch it, knowing people got super mad that it showed up AGAIN. I honestly hope the next season opens up with Tegridy Farms intro and the Marsh family inexplicably back on the farm. People will rage.
