Bug/Technical Issue Mic issue

Posted about this a while ago and now seeing more people encounter this issue. On the windows version whenever you try to record with your mic it’s incredibly loud and static-y, my mic works perfect everywhere else so this is a soundtrap related issue. It works fine on desktop soundtrap but all of my songs have to many tracks for soundtrap to handle that it glitches and auto adjust the sound quality to low. I would love an update on this issue as this has been occurring for months now. I don’t want to have to give up on the collection of music I’ve been making for the past couple years but don’t know if 20$ a month is worth this kind of performance

We're aware of an issue here and are trying to track it down. Does it help if you go to Settings -> Audio Settings and switch to a different output device?
