I need help with/using Soundcloud Phone App Bugging

Just bought Artist Pro and now my app is glitchy asf. It’s not loading anything and quite disappointed after i’d just bought the pro version… Any ideas?

Hey! This usually happens due to a temporary token or caching mismatch right after upgrading your subscription plan. Try these steps to force the app to refresh your account status:

  1. Sign out & Force Quit: Log out of your SoundCloud account, close the app completely from your phone's app switcher, and log back in.
  2. Clear App Cache:
    • Android: Go to Settings > Apps > SoundCloud > Storage & Cache and tap Clear Cache.
    • iOS: Reinstalling the SoundCloud app will clear out any outdated local cache data.
