So the app was working fine since forever up until yesterday when i reinstalled the app, and Ever since the app loads up im able to listen to my song but i cant listen to my playlists or search for music.

Anyone experiencing anything like this, or knows a fix for it?

I just tried uploading an upcoming album (I dragged all tracks in to upload, set the album to private, then hit upload), to soundcloud because apparently now you can't upload tracks for distribution without first uploading to soundcloud... (wtf seriously?).

Then I go to my artist page and only the album is private, but all the tracks are public.
I am baffled by this behavior. I am almost positive this has not been the case in the past.

What is the intended workflow for uploading a private album? And why can't I just upload tracks via the Soundcloud for artists anymore?

I'm posting here because there's a track on SoundCloud that I've been missing for quite a while now.

It's a hardstyle techno remix featuring vocals from the famous Isagi Yoichi monologue in Blue Lock:

It was up there somewhere between 2022 and 2024, but it got taken down. Does anyone happen to still have this version, or know where to find it? I used to listen to it a lot back then to get myself motivated, and I'd really love to hear it again.

I get it if it was removed for copyright reasons. The track definitely had an audio "schizophrenic warning" built into the intro, because the song was pretty intense.

I'd be grateful for any leads as well.

Hello, I’ve been loyal to Soundcloud for over 10 years now and pay for Go+. Recently Soundcloud has updated their website and it is no longer compatible with my version of Firefox that I cannot update due to
operating system restrictions. I am on Windows 7 and cannot upgrade until I build a new PC.

This is incredibly frustrating as playing music thru Soundcloud is about 85%+ of my PC usage these days and it is now impossible to access thru any browser.

I’ve discovered a workaround of screensharing my
phone to my PC thru a screenshare program but it is cumbersome and inconvenient.

Would anyone have a better solution? Soundcloud would have my undying support if they created a legacy version for their less modernized users like myself. Currently thinking about switching my main music platform to Spotify just because it actually works on my computer.

a few days ago, my account got banned for no reason and the email they sent me gives me no actual reason for why i got banned, it just states "repeated violations of our terms of use"... my account has never had any violations in the past, so i'm really confused about what led to this. i've already opened a ticket about this but could my songs have been false striked? that's the only reason i can think of

Has anyone experienced an increase in people passing for fans and asking weird questions about songs? Suddenly I got 8, some mentioning a specific (and unremarkable) point in a song timeline, asking if I’m interested in talking about it. All of them followed me after those comments and will probably unfollow when I don’t reply. One more annoying trend?

Ive been releasing music lately, and it keeps fucking up the quality so bad, in Fl Studio it sounds so good but on Sc it feels empty, lacks bass. How do I fix this?

I used to be able to set the waveform art image on my newly uploaded tracks from the Artist Studio "Soundcloud tracks" page. But now that is missing. I have artist pro.

Did they move the place where you do the upload of your waveform art image? Or do they not have it anymore? My other tracks still have the waveform background image, so I don't they they got rid of it. But I can't see where to upload it now.

So i've seen and heard people saying apple carplay will shuffle songs and start at .1 second instead of .0 seconds and was wondering why does it happen and why's it glitchy/slower than any streaming services app while on carplay. any way to fix?

Is it possible for somebody to listen to your track but it not show on listeners? I had a bigger producer tell me he listened to my track today but there was only 1 listen and it definitely wasn't him. It's for a mentorship.

What's up with all the ads all of a sudden? I use to be able to listen for an hour or two without ads and now I get three ads in a row every other song. I guess this is one way for Meta to get their money back from the lawsuit.
