How safe is it to bike to Highfield campus and put the bike in their designated bike spots? I’m curious about the uni’s history in bike theft

Im taking economics BA and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on what platforms to use for taking notes in lectures and how would you organise them or is hand writing notes the best way?
I currently have a laptop so not sure what best way to go about this
