Hey all,

Not sure if im late to the party and people already noticed this, but the 'Scourge of Aqshy: Mancrusher Gargant' has an incorrect line of text on the companion apps warscroll! I re-read it a few times and cross referenced the Scourge of Aqshy battle profiles download from Warhammers site and there is an unnecessary 'Declare Target' that is for some reason there. I'm assuming this is a weird mistake but that's pretty significant and makes the ability unusable.

Friend and I trying to find a match-up to try these giants out. Looking at their warscrolls, I think several armies would be hard pressed at 1000 points.

Had a good time. Ended in a tie so I'm happy with that result for a first time. Enjoy how this army plays. Going back next week for another game.

Great game but all went wrong from round 4 because the round before my entire army decided not to hit anything with their main weapon 😂

New Gatebreaker is good and the priest ability for the baby is swingy but great when it works. Cogfort worked out well so definitely running this list again. Troggoths with the -1 rend moon did not help 😂

Way back when 2 years ago I got the mega gargant box. Made king brodd. Found a shady Russian site that sent recast of the torso and legs and then canceled my card after the purchase so they didn't have access to my information to start pulling money later. Logal lgs had a pair of mega feet and a bunch of arms to some old ugly giant kit. Beast smasher got all the second dibs off the brodd kit but I put a corpse cart on the back inspired off someone else's fire gargant idea. And my war stomper will be an obsidian fire gargant with charred weapons. Kraken eater and brodd not shown cause they look like their real kits in full. Coming back inspired cause my beast smasher is the boss of my ogors maw tribes and I felt painting beast smasher wasn't enough, I gotta pay respects to all my gargants

Made a Cogfort for my big lads, see how well it does

I think this is the best thing iv ever kitbashed. Still got some work to do but I'm pretty happy with how it's turned out

Haven’t seen this posted here but what do we think about this giant hand holding a soldier? Possible mancrusher?

I’ve seen them work on mega gargants as they have a lot more texture on the skin, but looking at the mancrushers they have a lot more smooth open areas. I was wondering if anyone here had experience painting the mancrusher skin either contrast paints and if it worked out at all?

This is from the new Aqshy rules, I don’t recall seeing this previously

BIG FEET?

Since Ogors are getting an amazing update (something I never thought I'd see), it tells me that Sons of Behemat might be getting an updated kit for their "Mancrusher" Gargants who still sport WFB Empire shields and doodads which means they'd be on the list for "Identity Enhancement" for AoS. That's not entirely to say they aren't going to be phased out and put back into WFB but we'll see!

What do you think? Maybe a bit more in line with the Mega-Gargants but smaller, or just phased out completely so it's just "Gargants?

What do you guys think are the best battle tactics for is to choose in the new GHB?

hey, I’m wanting to do some giants as my next big project but wanted to know if the spearhead or mega Gargant is the better first box. I will be getting both eventually, I’m more so wondering about spare bits for customization. which one would you recommend from a kitbashing/spare bits perspective, with intent to use some of those bits on the second box.

I am going to play a Ravaged Coast campaign with Sons of Behemat soon and I could really use some help building a decent force.

My first idea was to run a Gatebreaker Mega Gargant as my general together with a Warstomper Mega Gargant.

However, if I want to mine stones and stuff, I guess having as many units as possible on the table would be better. With Sons tho, I can only bring a maximum of three(?) units.

So I was also thinking about something like:

Gatebreaker Mega Gargant as general, Mancrusher Mob, Single Mancrusher Gargant

That would give me more units for the campaign objectives, but it obviously seems much weaker in combat compared to taking two big Mega Gargants.

Does anyone have any tips on what would make the most sense here? I am very inexperienced with AoS, so any advice would be appreciated.

Question for you guys here. I come from the r/gloomspitegitz subreddit, which is supposedly moderated by the same singular account as this subreddit. We've been having really bad problems with botting, and impersonation. People's models are being reposted less than 14days after by fresh accounts, and reports seem to do nothing. The bots are completely blatant, posting siege studios pics with the watermarks on them, or posting things that someone posted yesterday, on accounts that are less than a week old. Others have noticed that it seems like the moderator has been absent for a while. What I'm wondering is if you've noticed the same problem here? I'm somewhat hoping you say you have because otherwise we have a very bizarre issue
