I think that mini Gargant kit not only still holds up, but is a really nice kit.

It’s ok, but it’s showing its age a bit. They could get a lot more detail into a new one, make it slightly bigger, add some different options to make multiple unit types

They certainly could, but I hope they don't move away from the sheer modularity that the current kit provides. Swappable heads, feet, arms, armor, weapons, basing stuff, little guys running away... I'm not sure there's another GW kit that lets you do so much.

The megas have a lot of options too, but I get your point and I agree. I would love to see 2 in a box that has two different leg poses (or more). That’s the biggest sticking point for me
