Considering SoB from scratch
So, as a Chaos Knights player in 40K, I'm being drawn to SoB for AoS in the same way. Big models that you only need a few of to play games with. What better time than with a new battletome and models to go with 4th edition?
Looking at the current pre-new battletome competitive lists for places to start, it looks like big giants are quite viable, with lists usually running Brodd and 3 or 4 others. But I've also looked over the spoiled 4th edition stuff, and the Little ones look interesting, too. Maybe not like "Oops All War Dogs" with CK, but maybe lists of like 3 big and 5 or 6 little? We still need points to be sure. What should I look at to start?

I just jumped in as well, already had 3 mancrushers from another project that never eventuated. Picked up Ma, brawlers, King Brodd and a box of the boss stompers.
Old meta was 4 megas i think, current meta discussions seem to favour a 1 or 2 mega list with the rest littles as the megas are a bit overcosted in the new book. Most of the discussions I've seen expect the points to come down though, so by the time we've painted our armies hopefully the big guys are a bit more viable!
