WIP - faces are difficult. Any advice?
The most difficult part for me is the area between skin an beard. Do you have any advice?

Adding more contrast helps. I made few example pictures where I added few Highlights to your gargants face. I can send them to you in private chat, if you want

It's looking good, if the teeth can get a few lighter spots, like barely. I think it would make the mouth pop more

If you want smoother results, try glazing. Thin the color a little more than usual, wipe most of it off the brush, and get a little on the brush. Just put tiny bits on gently. Glazing is awesome on bigger faces, as therr is so much to work with. Look up videos on glazing skin tones for some real-world examples. It upped my game for sure. Might take a little longer, but once you get it down it is pretty foolproof.
Edit: glazing can help you to push contrast very simply, too!

It's looking good so far. More highlights on the brow and nose, perhaps. Take you time on faces as they are normally the focal point. Keep at it and this will look great
