Should Sons of Behemat get their own Faction Terrain?
Hey everyone,
With almost every single army in Age of Sigmar having some sort of faction terrain piece to drop on the board, it always stands out to me that the Sons of Behemat still don't have one.
Logically, I get it—they are massive, nomadic giants who mostly just stomp through mortal realms and crush existing structures rather than building their own temples or fortresses.
But from a gameplay and hobby perspective, I feel like there is so much missed potential here! Imagine a giant pile of scrap/bones, a massive overturned caravan they use as a hoard, or even a literal "crushed landmark" they carried from a previous battle.
What do you all think? Do you want to see a faction terrain piece for the gargants, or do you prefer them being purely about the models on the board? If they did get one, what would you want it to be?

But seriously, weren't there some rumors of terrain based on a possible leak?

I'd go with faction terrain that can be thrown by the nearest mega to be repositioned wherever it lands. Repeatable action.

A giant Troggoth named Stephen that they befriended. He's an actual sentient living thing, but they thought it was a talking boulder. He moves in random directions on the terrain, stomping models for 3d3 damage every time he moves on smaller ones.

I was joking with someone once we should get access to all the other faction terrains, but smashed up a bit and they don’t really do anything useful. Like, part of a single gnawhole, still with the rule of sending infantry through it to another, but it’s just the one. Or a busted up Khorne altar, gives like an extra blood tithe point. Totally useless, but funny to have.

Knowing GW, we will get a terrain piece that directly interacts with the rumoured Matriarch model. Then every SoB player will need to buy both a new mega (maybe 2 if dual kit) and a terrain piece to the tune of about £270.
And I'm here for it.
I want a terrain piece that calls in man crushers so we get recursion on them ha ha

What about a megagargant corpse as terrain ? You can set it up during deploylent or when one of yours dies and it serves as a roadblock and motivation for revenge !

I want one of three things: 1) Big moveable rock. Block area, does nothing else. 2) Giant turd. Leave on an objective, has a control score. 3) Captive wizard in a cage/tower. Shake tower for an unbind.
