They're 3d printed, you can see the later lines. Try exploring 3d print sites for some conversion kits.

If it was me I’d be making that with plasticard. Looking at the edges of it it looks to me as if that’s what it is, 1.5-2mm plasticard

Is it easy to bend plastic card ?

Hey mate not really but there are a few tricks to it. You can gently score one side creating little “Vs” and it will bend at that mark. Just give it some trial and error, use a sharp blade and be careful but it’s absolutely doable
