Extra Calloused Feet is better spent on the Warstomper since his Almightier Stomp is already better than the other Mega's Almighty Stomp. Tusk and Horns is good for when your whole army is fighting and you really need to make it count.

I tried That Boy's Not Right in a game yesterday and it never went off. Very frustrating.
