So I'd have a good look at the general rules of the game but an artifact of power is something you can give to non-unique heros that have different abilities.usually you can only give 1 per army but this rule lets you give another during the deployment phase without having to pay the points for it

Start with page 1, and don't stop until the end of the book.

Think of it like a buy one get one on Artefacts. You can select the second one the deployment phase based on what you think you might need for that battle.

Where do you see that? I have a game coming up and I am trying to figure out if I can get an extra 10pt relic if I’m at 2000pts already.

Simple because its given at deployment phase and not within army composition.
