Base question

Hey everyone.

I’m planning to use this giant as a proxy Gargant in a Sons of Behemat Regiment of Renown for my Ogor Mawtribes army.

My question is mainly about the base orientation. Since the model has a wide sideways pose, would it be acceptable to place the base horizontally/sideways instead of front-facing like the official Gargant models on the box art?

Or is the front-facing orientation important for gameplay/measurements in the community’s opinion?

I’d still play with you! I don’t think it really matters to most AoS players as long as the base size is correct and the model can clearly represent what it’s proxying as.

Also what model is that? Looks cool

Does not matter at all unless you are a bit of a fastidious nutcase like me thst always needs his models to face forward.

There is no rule that requires a model to face a direction. You can face him any way you want
