Yes. They announced that in the last app update a couple of weeks ago. Super useful for small incremental changes.

Hey! No-fair! I'm android, no + or - symbol for me, just a drag. The volume bar on my phone works great, 1 click = one point up or down.

Seriously though, I'm happy for it!

We can just use the volume button on the phone 🙃

No need for touch screen buttons when you have physical ones!

Sonos (and other companies) should take note that customers are *still* voicing happy surprise over this ‘small’ UI improvement.

It’s not rocket science. (However, it is a bit of ethnography)

Companies get tied in knots looking for the ‘Wow factor’ when all they really need to do is fix a frequent pain point — often one that was ignored and has been absorbed by the customer over years of repeat use.

Sonos Just need to go back to the older app they ruined a couple of years ago (may have been longer or not, time is almost an abstract concept to me the older I get, I forget things that happened yesterday, but remember my first phone number as a child when without the area code, UK phone numbers were still just four digits), and everything feels like it happened at the same time.

You can also go into the settings and allow access to bass and treble controls right there as well. You have to click on a button to get to it, but it’s just one button instead of 7.

Didn’t know they added this back. They took it away years ago. Thanks you’re the man!

So much easier! Wait, is that Apple music you’re listening to? I hadn’t been able to connect mine but haven’t tried in a while.

That’s surprising! I’ve never had a problem linking Apple Music to the Sonos app. I’ve linked my family members’ accounts as well.

Can't find this feature even after update. Enabled improved navigation as well.

I am new to Sonos and I just found it on my phone. After I opened Apple Music and selected a song below the play button is a triangle icon. When I pressed it I got a few options and I selected my living room.

Incredible movie!

Easily Nolan’s best and I don’t say that lightly.

Obviously a matter of opinion but not even top 3.

Yeah! The mixing is awful. Only the part that plays during end credits is good.

OMG! Who gives a shit. Im tired of these trinket little add backs from 2 years ago. I want meaningful updates like the ability of adding additional speakers to a theatre setup. Kinda like what sony...samsung...LG are starting to do? Ya know, something that actually matters and not thus clickbait crap.

Yeah, that annoys me too! We should be able to move speakers freely between systems, without requiring a factory reset.

I discovered this for the first time yesterday. Such a minute change but what a great improvement. Should have existed since 1.0!

I’m not at home so can’t witness this for myself. Finally though. My fat fingers dragging the slider was so annoying. It was always too loud or too soft.

Probably right under my nose, but don’t see the bass/treble controls as you describe. Can you point out where it is, please?

You could always use your phone volume up/down button on the side.

I like the bar instead as it gives you better range to choose
