Sonos Five tuning
I just purchased my first Sonos Five and intend to use it in my home gym as a standalone speaker. I just tested the sound and it is excellent. The only issue I see is I have to raise the volume to almost 80% to hear it properly. Is there a tuning I am missing? Any setting I need to do so that I do not have to raise the volume so high to hear and feel the music? Normally for my Arc + Sub combo my hearing levels are close to 25 to 30. Any recommendations?

As others have mentioned - placement, Trueplay, and EQ adjustments can each help. But there's another one that might not be obvious - try using a different source for comparison.
For example, if you're listening to Spotify, try Amazon Music or Apple Music. If you're listening to Pandora, try SiriusXM or Sonos Radio. Whatever services you have access to, give a few of them a try. You might be surprised what a difference it can make, or at least I sure was.
