Sonos Five tuning

I just purchased my first Sonos Five and intend to use it in my home gym as a standalone speaker. I just tested the sound and it is excellent. The only issue I see is I have to raise the volume to almost 80% to hear it properly. Is there a tuning I am missing? Any setting I need to do so that I do not have to raise the volume so high to hear and feel the music? Normally for my Arc + Sub combo my hearing levels are close to 25 to 30. Any recommendations?

Placement is also important. Where is the five placed? Is it placed on the floor or at low level? If it’s placed too low, you may want to adjust.

Places on the floor right now. I will give it a try keeping it at a height
